The staff has a substantial number of graduates from the USAF, Navy, and National Test Pilot Schools. This team can perform all flight test functions to include: Identification of test objectives, developing Program Introduction Documents, designing test concepts, writing test plans, developing test profiles, developing instrumentation plans, writing test cards, conducting safety and technical review boards, leading test plan working groups, briefing air crews, test conduct, data analysis, and writing test reports.
