5. Organizational Teamwork and Collaboration
Most tasks require some levels of collaboration and teamwork. Teamwork requires a complete recognition that the goals of the company and overall accomplishment of a task require setting aside personal views or desires. Its about the team winning and not the individual. We will listen to other points of views and respect different approaches to gaining the best overall result for any team. We will work across operational Groups and with the Support Staff to achieve the goals set forth by company leadership.
