Vance “V.D.” Drenkhahn

Program Manager

V.D. is a program manager and site lead with over 25 years of operational and instructional military experience specializing in program management, operational requirements, electronic combat, systems integration, developmental and operational test, adversary tactics, and Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTP) Development.

Since 2009, V.D. has provided engineering management and professional support at the Air National Guard Air Force Reserve Command Test Center (AATC) allocating tests to other engineers, performing oversight and insuring quality control of all projects. Additionally, V.D. performs engineering support for flight test and tactics development for electronic warfare, sensor development and test, and aircraft integration and incremental OFP development.

V.D. is a career fighter pilot and weapons officer in multiple fighter combat platforms to include F-15E, F/A-18, F-111, and classified prototype aircraft. His involvement in contingency operations includes Operations Provide Comfort, Northern Watch, Southern Watch and Uphold Democracy.

V.D. graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1989 with a B.S. in engineering mechanics. He received his M.A. in business from Touro University International in 2006.
