Jeff works in support of the US Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) G-3 (Operations) Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) office. Their mission is to develop and integrate Condition Based Maintenance processes into Army Missile and Aviation (helicopter) platforms. He leads a team of systems engineers and systems analysts in the development of the CBM process, which help to define the platform level requirements, the end to end CBM architecture, the functional decomposition of the CBM processes, and risk management. Additional responsibilities include serving as the Systems Engineering Integrated Process Team (SE IPT) lead for the AMCOM G3 CBM office, and serving as a Co-chair on the Army Material Command (AMC) SE IPT, in both cases representing the AMCOM G3 Director of CBM.

Why Did You Join MTSI?
Previously, I worked for one of the largest defense contractors in the US, but became interested in finding employment with a small company with outstanding people and interesting work. All my research lead to MTSI, where I found outstanding, ethical engineers and scientists who solve difficult problems in support of the warfighter. Working at MTSI has expanded my systems engineering experience into Army Aviation, which compliments my experience in Missile Defense.

What Makes You Stay?
Since joining the company, MTSI has exceeded my expectations. MTSI offers challenging work and a dynamic, ethical work environment; however, it is the great staff and teamwork that will definitely keep me at MTSI. From senior leadership to administration staff, MTSI is populated by competent and efficient employees that make doing my job easier and more enjoyable.

Susan is a member of the Distributed Missions Operations Center (DMOC) at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque NM, where her primary functions are Operations Research Analyst and Site Security. She oversees the contract document deliveries to the customer as well as pre-screening and administrative processing of personnel security paperwork, document/employee verification, TDY visit requests, new employee in-processing, and installation badge requests. Because she is located at an offsite facility, she is also the local representative for human resources and accounting.

Why Did You Join MTSI?
I joined MTSI because of a teaming agreement between my former employer, Scientific Research Corporation, and MTSI on a new contract. I'll admit, after being with SRC for over 11 years I was nervous about changing employers. However, after learning more about MTSI and working with some of the great people I have met so far, I couldn't be happier.

What Makes You Stay?
I have only been employed by MTSI for approximately six weeks, but I can say that I plan on staying because of the exceptional treatment of its employees. The company offers great benefits. All the employees I have met have been very helpful and made me feel welcome.
