MTSI Hosts Rep. Mike Turner to Dayton Office

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) hosted Congressman Mike Turner, U.S. Representative for Ohio’s 10th Congressional District, for a visit to its Beavercreek, OH office on 21 October. Local MTSI leadership discussed with Congressman Turner how its 100% Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) status drives success, including employee retention of 94.5% and recognition as the #1 medium size business for two years in a row in the Dayton Business Journal’s Best Places to Work competition.

The ESOP and Best Places to Work reputation are major factors in attracting new talent to the Dayton region and contributed heavily to over 50% growth in our Dayton operation the last two years.”

The local MTSI workforce shared accomplishments and discussed their roles in solving difficult national security challenges directly with Congressman Turner. Presenters included Ross Padak, Abe Crutchfield, Austin Smith, and Jason Saldana, along with supporting team members.
