Brendan Callahan is the vice president and lead of MTSI’s National Security Division and is responsible for developing and leading all aspects of the company’s national defense business. In addition, Brendan is also responsible for leading the MTSI partnership with Guardtime to provide keyless signature infrastructure (KSI) to the U.S. Federal market. His unique expertise, experience, and leadership ability ensure the development, management, and delivery of corporate capabilities to the mission assurance, cyber security, operational analysis, and intelligence, space, and information solutions market.
Brendan is a senior domain expert with 25+ years of experience in leading engineering and analysis teams for the intelligence community and related DoD and DHS customers. He joined MTSI in 1996 as the co-lead of the applied visualization technologies (AVT) group and managed teams of engineers, software developers, and analysts designing and developing advanced analysis and research tools leveraging state-of-the-art interactive visualization. His success in this role was based on his extensive experience and expertise with space systems operations and technologies, software development and life cycle, data integration, application testing and documentation, and system administration. Brendan is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute with a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering.
