Dwayne Paro is the MTSI chief information officer responsible for supervising, managing, and coordinating the different aspects of the company’s information technology infrastructure to increase information accessibility. Dwayne oversees the systems operations, security, capacity requirements, and disaster recovery plans, as well as leads the multi-media team that provides multi-media support to the technical team. Dwayne leverages more than 20 years of experience analyzing, developing, and executing IT strategies to meet the future IT requirements. Working in partnership with the company’s senior leadership, he defines transforms and simplifies business processes while delivering cost savings and bottom line measurable benefits.
Prior to joining MTSI in 2008, Dwayne was a program manager for a government contractor, responsible for defining scope, schedule, resource planning, material planning (hardware and software) and allocation, risk management planning, cost and budget management, and quality assurance for a $30M 5-year contract. He was the Director, Technology Integration Center for the Joint Task Force-Global Network Operations, charged with providing strategic and technical planning, development, evaluation and coordination of information technology systems and security program management. He also served in the Air Force and the Air National Guard in various security and information technology positions.
He currently holds a BS in computer information systems, MS in cybersecurity, master’s certification in IT project management and is a PMP.
