Pamela Little is an executive vice president and the chief financial officer for MTSI. Pamela has served on the MTSI Board of Directors since 2011 and joined MTSI in 2014. Pamela is responsible for developing the financial strategy, contract management, compliance, tax planning, and oversight of the financial, accounting and contracting procedures and processes. She is also a member of the MTSI ESOP Trustee committee that is responsible for the administration of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
During Pamela’s career, she has been instrumental in improving financial performance in terms of revenue, cash flow and profitability in growth and turnaround environments for multiple companies. She has significant merger and acquisition experience from negotiations to integration. Pamela is an expert in designing and developing organizational infrastructures that can support a growing company. She has an extensive track record in developing strong results oriented management teams in improve operations, impact business growth and maximize profits through achievements in operational and financial management cost reductions, internal controls and productivity/efficiency improvements.
Pamela has a bachelor’s degree in sociology and accounting from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Loyola College. Pamela also serves on several boards of privately held firms.
