Layla Dalton, MTSI’s Business Development Analyst, has been recognized as a “Mover & Shaker” by the Huntsville–Madison County Chamber.
In their role, Layla supports MTSI’s strategic growth initiatives through competitive intelligence, opportunity pipeline management, and data-driven business analysis. They leverage government contracting data, develop business development dashboards and reporting tools, and support major capture and proposal efforts—helping turn complex data into actionable insights that strengthen MTSI’s growth strategy.
