MTSI’s Dr. Mitch Crosswait will speak at the 2026 ITEA Cybersecurity T&E Workshop, taking place September 15–17 at U.S. Naval Base Bangor in Silverdale, Washington. The workshop will bring together experts to explore emerging approaches to cybersecurity testing, including model-based engineering and cyber resilience.
Dr. Crosswait’s presentation, “Cyber Purple Teaming: Results from a Recent USSF Event,” will highlight how a recent U.S. Space Force cyber purple team event rapidly strengthened defenders’ ability to respond to adversarial actions. He will share four key elements that contributed to the team’s success and demonstrate how purple teaming can help organizations build and sustain cyber resilience across critical mission systems.
