Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) secured a $153 million U.S. Air Force Modernization and Engineering Support III (MES III) task order. This award strengthens MTSI’s long‑standing role in delivering advanced engineering, acquisition, and modernization support to critical Air Force missions. The MES III task accelerates capabilities that enhance Air Force readiness and technological superiority.

The GSA Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS) Air Force/Navy/Space Force issued the MES III task order through its contracting office, which drives enterprise acquisition for advanced weapons, digital engineering, and systems modernization. Under this task, MTSI conducts test planning, test execution, data analysis, test reporting, test logistics, and studies and analysis that support modernization installations and integration on Air Reserve Component (ARC) platforms across Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve weapons systems. MTSI also delivers specialized system‑under‑test acquisition, program management, integration engineering, engineering liaison support, and technology insertion to help AATC and NGB/A5 modernize ARC weapons systems, including aircraft, Joint Terminal Attack Controller and Special Warfare capabilities, C4ISR systems, domestic operations support, cybersecurity, logistics software programs, and test process training.
