Air Force Awards MTSI Air Force Global Strike Command’s Responsive Warfighter Technology Integration Program Contract

The Defense Information Systems Agency’s (DISA) Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) selected Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) for a single-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract valued at up to $416M. DISA made this selection under the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program as a Phase III award. The award includes one Task Order for AFGSC’s Technology Integration valued at $37M.

“MTSI is excited to work with AFGSC and future partners to strengthen U.S. global deterrence through the development of cutting-edge weapon systems and technologies,” said Vance Drenkhahn, MTSI Executive Vice President, Defense Services Division.

MTSI will inform, support, and extend previously developed sensor technologies across a broader set of USAF and AFGSC systems, subsystems, and technologies. AFGSC leads the nation’s strategic nuclear deterrence and global strike capability. MTSI and its teammates will also deliver high-quality technical, programmatic, and operationally informed support to multiple Government mission partners across the Department of Defense, enhancing weapon systems, concepts, technologies, sensors, munitions, TTPs, training, and logistics for AFGSC, the USAF, and the DoD.

The task order’s period of performance includes a base year that began on 26 Sep 2025, with option years running through September 2030.
