Michelle Caylor Joins MTSI as Director of Human Resources

Michelle Caylor has joined MTSI as the Director of Human Resources. With over 15 years of experience in human resource management, Michelle has extensive experience with the intricacies related to an employee owned company having most recently worked for CALIBRE Systems, Inc. Between 2000 and 2015, she served as their Vice President of Workforce Development and previously as Vice President of Human Resources. Michelle has a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Catholic University and University of Maryland, respectively.
