MTSI collects turkeys to benefit Care and Share Food Bank of Southern Colorado

On November 21, 2014, MTSI participated in “Take a Turkey to Work Day”, an annual event held by the Care and Share Food Bank of Southern Colorado.  Care and Share is a regional hub and supplier for local soup kitchens, shelters, and other entities that serve hungry people across 30 counties in Colorado.  MTSI employees from its Colorado Springs office were set up before dawn at the west gate of Peterson AFB to collect turkeys.

Over 50 turkeys, weighing more than 700 pounds, were donated and delivered by MTSI to Care and Share. MTSI also presented Care and Share with a $1,000 check to support their efforts.
