MTSI Dayton Reaches 500 Employees with “Dayton 500” Celebration

MTSI’s Dayton office celebrated a major milestone — reaching 500 employees! The “Dayton 500” event put a creative twist on the Daytona 500, complete with racing-themed décor, a custom cake, and a screening of Cars.

Team members enjoyed Chick-fil-A and made-to-order waffles prepared and served by senior leaders, while the MTSI Early Career Hub (MECH) sponsored professional headshots. With about 100 employees joining in, the celebration highlighted Dayton’s continued growth, teamwork, and success.
