MTSI Demonstrates Commitment to Social Responsibility with Annual Strategic Planning Meeting and Community Service Initiative

MTSI recently held its annual Strategic Planning Meeting in Falls Church, VA. As part of the event, employee owners took time to exercise the company’s 9th core value, Social Responsibility, by giving back to the local northern Virginia community through the organization Firefighters & Friends to the Rescue. Together with MTSI Founder, Phil Soucy, and Firefighters & Friends to the Rescue President, Willie Bailey, our leaders assembled backpacks with fresh school supplies for 350 underprivileged students in the Fairfax County community, setting them up to feel confident and succeed in the coming school year. MTSI has a long history of supporting Firefighters & Friends to the Rescue over the past 15-20 years with their school supply drives, coat drives, and Christmas toy collections. We are thankful to make an impact on the local community through this continued partnership.
