What kind of work do you do at MTSI?

I’m a mission-focused Enterprise/Solutions Architect leading Digital Transformation/Digital Ecosystems initiatives across our diverse customer set. I work these high impact efforts including Digital Engineering/Mission Engineering/MBSE (SysML/UAF v1/v2), DevSecOps, DataSecOps and Platform/Cloud Engineering developing innovative and hardened Digital Threads tailored to meet the mission need.

What do you enjoy most about working at MTSI?

MTSI enables engineers to achieve Ikigai charting their path and mastery of their career. MTSI engages in the highest impact and compelling challenges to serve our warfighter while taking care of their employees as the #1 value. As an ESOP we all have a stake in the game and collaborate both internally and externally to bring the best to our customers.

What are a few things you like about living in Dayton?

I have been all over the US and overseas in several countries enjoying travel. While the travel has been fun, Dayton has felt like home for the past 14 years, and I am a native Ohioian. You can easily raise a family with low costs, good compensation relatively and great schools. There is plenty to do in Dayton with quick trips to Columbus, Cincinnati and Indianapolis.
