What kind of work do you do at MTSI?
I work as a Model-Based Systems Engineer, where I design and deliver digital engineering capabilities for the United States Air Force. My work helps accelerate system development and gets critical capabilities into the hands of warfighters faster.

What do you enjoy most about working at MTSI?

After living across the country, Dayton feels like home. The city offers a great balance of urban, suburban, and rural living, with Columbus and Cincinnati both just an hour away. The area features excellent schools, beautiful metro parks, a strong defense job market, and four distinct seasons with especially beautiful springs and autumns.
