MTSI Named to Best Workplaces for Parents 2020 List by Great Places to Work

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is honored to be named one of the Best Workplaces for Parents™ 2020, as listed by Great Place to Work®.
To determine this list, Great Place to Work® surveyed parents and nonparents, representing more than 5 million U.S. employees at Great Place to Work-Certified TM organizations. The analysis took into account parents’ overall feedback of their employers—whether career level or other personal characteristics changed the amount of support received as a parent; the quality of parental leave, adoption, flexible schedule, child care, and dependent health care benefits; and how parenting status influenced other aspects of employees’ work experience.
