MTSI Ranks #2 on Great Place to Work® Best Workplaces for Millennials™ in 2022

Great Place to Work® ranked Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) number 2 on its 2022 Best Workplaces for Millennials™ list. Placing on this esteemed list means that MTSI is one of the best companies to work for in the country for those of the Millennial generation (born between 1981-1997). According to Great Place to Work research, Millennials want five things in the workplace: purpose, clear expectations from management, fair pay, profit sharing, and work-life balance.

“MTSI is so proud of its high ranking among Millennials on the Great Place to Work Best Workplaces list,” said Bridget Atkinson, Executive Vice President, Human Resources. “Different people want different takeaways from their employer and Millennials at MTSI are no exception. They work on highly technical engineering solutions for the nation’s defense, earn overall compensation and benefits packages including a company paid stock program, and a flexible approach to timesheets and paid time off (PTO).”

Great Place to Work measured the differences in over 413,000 Millennials’ survey responses to those of other generations taken from America’s largest ongoing annual workforce study of over 1 million employee survey responses and data from companies that represent more than 6.1 million U.S. employees. In that survey, 98% of MTSI’s employees said MTSI is a great place to work. This number is 41% higher than the average U.S. company.

This survey also established MTSI’s placement on the 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2022 list by Great Place to Work and Fortune.
