MTSI Ranks #7 on Fortune Best Workplaces for Millennials 2021

Great Place to Work® and Fortune magazine honored Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) as number 7 on the 2021 Best Workplaces for Millennials™ list. Earning a spot on this prestigious list means that MTSI is one of the best companies to work for in the country for those born between 1981-1997 and in the age range of 22-38. Overall, there are 56 million millennials in the workforce.

The Best Workplaces for Millennials award bases its analysis of survey responses from more than 5.3 million current employees. What millennials say about their experiences of trust and reaching their full human potential as part of their organization, no matter who they are or what they do accounts for eighty-five percent of the evaluation. The remaining fifteen percent of the rank includes an assessment of millennials’ daily experiences of innovation, the company’s values, and the effectiveness of their leaders, to ensure they’re consistently experienced.
