MTSI Volunteers Support Honor Flight Dayton

On Saturday, May 30th, a team of MTSI volunteers joined Honor Flight Dayton to support a mission dedicated to honoring America’s veterans. Team members assisted with early morning departure activities at Dayton International Airport and later returned to participate in the evening Welcome Home celebration.
Honor Flight Dayton provides veterans the opportunity to travel to Washington, D.C. at no cost to visit the memorials built in recognition of their service and sacrifice. These experiences create lasting memories for veterans while ensuring their contributions to our nation are recognized and remembered.
The Welcome Home celebration was a powerful display of community support. Veterans were greeted by hundreds of family members, friends, volunteers, and supporters waving American flags and cheering their return. The Centerville High School Band added to the celebration, helping create a memorable and heartfelt welcome home for those who have served.
As part of the event, MTSI’s Social Responsibility Committee presented a $5,000 donation to Honor Flight Dayton. This contribution will help support future flights and enable more veterans to experience the program in the years ahead.
Giving back to the communities we serve is an important part of MTSI’s culture. Supporting Honor Flight Dayton reflects our commitment to service and our appreciation for the men and women whose sacrifices have protected our nation.
