MTSI Welcomes New Board Member Mr. Frank Backes

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Frank Backes, CEO of Braxton Technologies, to its Board of Directors as a new independent director. The relationship was facilitated by ExecReps Inc. (http://www.ExecReps.com) and Mr. Backes will join the board in May.
