MTSI’s Kevin Brady and Ryan Chasteen Named to Huntsville Chamber’s Movers & Shakers List

MTSI is proud to recognize employee-owners Kevin Brady and Ryan Chasteen for being named to the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber’s September 2026 Movers & Shakers list.

Kevin Brady

As Director of Business Development at MTSI, Kevin Brady works across the company’s Business Units to identify and qualify new opportunities, address customer challenges, and develop solutions that bring MTSI’s technical expertise to the warfighter. He helps connect customer needs with the depth and breadth of MTSI’s capabilities, ensuring the right ideas and expertise come together to deliver solutions at scale and speed.

Kevin’s work supports MTSI’s continued growth while helping advance solutions designed to outpace emerging threats and improve weapon systems performance.

Ryan Chasteen

Ryan Chasteen is a Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) Engineer supporting the Missile Defense Agency’s Advanced Capabilities Office. As the AC Lead for the ABR Glide Phase Intercept (GPI) program, Ryan leads high-fidelity modeling and simulation efforts that assess system performance, reduce technical risk and support the development of next-generation missile defense capabilities. Ryan began his MTSI career as an engineering intern after his freshman year at Mississippi State University and has since grown into a technical leadership role supporting advanced missile defense programs.

MTSI congratulates Kevin and Ryan on this well-deserved recognition and their continued contributions to the Huntsville community and the missions MTSI supports.
