It is the intention of MTSI to aggressively pursue subcontracting opportunities with Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Historically Black Colleges/Universities and Minority Institutions, Women-Owned Small Business, Small Business concerns located in Historically Underutilized Business Zones, Veteran-Owned Small Business and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns through its Supplier Diversity Initiative. These small business concerns shall have the maximum practical opportunity to participate in subcontracts awarded by MTSI.

This information will be used for MTSI purposes only and will not be shared. Because we identify opportunities based on your company’s capabilities or supplies, it is imperative that you provide detailed and accurate information.
MTSI has a Supplier Code of Conduct and it outlines the expectations MTSI holds for all our suppliers. The Supplier Code of Conduct can be found here.
We recommend that you enter your company’s profile into the U.S. Small Business Administration's & Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) and government System for Award Management (SAM) websites. DSBS and SAM registration is free, and many federal agencies and their contractors use these sites to search for local small business enterprises. They provide a great marketing tool for you to increase your visibility. You also should contact your local Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (PTAC) for assistance with registering for both sites. You may also reach out directly to your local Small Business Association (SBA) to learn more about their Small Business Programs.
