Rapid Acquisition Support

Testing & Evaluation
With over 20 years providing highly specialized T&E expertise to multiple government customers and over 40 Test Pilot School and 70 DAU’s PM course graduates, MTSI evaluates complex weapon systems, aircraft, sensors and payloads at all classification levels.
Digital Transformation
Recognizing the inherent challenges in digital transformation — from cultural shifts and technical hurdles to the need for logistical efficiency and overall readiness — MTSI prioritizes organizational change and workforce empowerment to better position our military forces ahead of evolving threats and challenges to our national security.

MTSI Awarded $640M Digital Bloodhound Program
Space Systems Command (SSC), a subordinate unit of the United States Space Force (USSF), selected Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) to develop and deliver Defensive Cyber Operations for Space (DCO-S) capabilities across the USSF.
MTSI’s support of SSC and its predecessor organizations through the rapid development, prototyping, testing, and deployment of space warfighter capabilities spans over 16 years.
