Sensor and Signal Processing Hardware Integration
A customer required systems and technology integration into the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) and the integration and engineering of a secure capability with the Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) network.
MTSI was the prime contractor responsible for satisfying all technical requirements to include the integration of sensor and signal processing hardware. MTSI’s systems-of-systems approach enabled the successful integration of processing and data exploitation software with DoD network enterprises, particularly for receipt and use of mission-enabling C4ISR data. Disciplined systems engineering processes, designed to mature technologies, reduced the risk of insertion into weapon systems while maximizing effectiveness.
