Acquisition Planning and Oversight

Senior leadership in multiple offices have requirements for acquisition services, financial management/budget services, engineering services, RDT&E services, and logistics services for a portfolio of DoD C4ISR and weapon systems.

MTSI is a prime contractor providing acquisition planning and oversight of major defense acquisition programs (MDAPs). MTSI personnel provide budget management and financial planning through formulated executable budgets to meet schedule milestones; maximizing program activities within budget controls to facilitate decision-making at the project, program, portfolio level; & delivering budget analysis.
